LauI have a Canon MF 5550 which is great except that it is hard to use it sheet feed anything other than standard paper (e.g. envelopes) and was not Windows 7 compatible. What I really needed was a double-sided printer that could also print envelopes and card stock and that would be Window 7 compatible. This printer really fits the bill and is fairly quick. It also goes into sleep mode to save electricity. There are three sizes of toner cartridge to allow you to match them to your cost and consumption needs. Mine came with two paper trays which hold 250 sheets each and a multi purpose tray for your envelopes and other manual sheet feeding needs (label sheets, cardstock, etc.) I load one tray up with "good" paper, one tray with draft paper and I'm good to go. Toner capacity is much larger than my Canon so I expect I won't have to change it as much--so far I am still using the original toner cartridge that came with it.Reviews I read said the print quaility of the Lexmark E462DTN was not very good for high resolution printing but I found it fine for general office work.
